Setting up a Telegram Mission on ZAP

Validate that users have joined your public group or channel on Telegram. Set up a unique bot with the following steps:

  1. Head over to Telegram and find @BotFather and hit "Start"

  1. Enter the “/newbot” command and follow the instructions mentioned in the BotFather response.

  2. Copy the API key provided by BotFather and input it into the "Bot API Key" field on ZAP

  1. Add the Bot that you created to your Telegram public group or channel. Important: Ensure this bot is an ADMIN, otherwise it will not be able to validate users have joined.

  2. Publish your mission and you're all set!
